Hey all.
Hey everyone, if you missed the Aviette CD release show be sure to check out the disc when it hits cheapo locations this week. As you know we’re always bringing you great local music, because these cities of ours produce a lot of it. So as I prepare to leave the Twin Cities and head down to Austin, Texas(which I hear has some music as well) I feel like I have to say goodbye and thanks. Thanks to all of the great people I’ve worked with here at Cheapo, who have made my days pleasant and turned me on to a lot of great music in the process. If you ever need to discover great new music I’d highly suggest mining the opinions of some of the fine Cheapo employees. I also just want to say thanks to the Twin Cities music scene, which I’ve enjoyed immensely for the last nine years. I’ll miss it, and I’ll miss all of you great people that make it. No matter where I go or how long I’m there I know the Twin Cities venues will always feel like home.

Hey all.
This week we’ve got some exciting vinyl for fans of local rock and roll. I think it’s fair to say that both the Birthday Suits and the Blind Shake both border on local rock and roll royalty.
